PRICING

The prices of the products are available on our website and include applicable VAT but exclude delivery charges. If the VAT rate changes between your order date and dispatch, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you’ve paid in full before the rate change takes effect.

You are charged once we dispatch your order and send the Dispatch Confirmation Email. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment. If you fail to pay, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily until payment is received.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Unless otherwise stated, ZOH LTD is not the manufacturer of the products. We aim for accuracy in all product details on our website. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to device screens, and packaging may differ. Always refer to the product label and instructions before use.

We may make changes to products to comply with legal requirements or implement minor technical improvements. These will not affect usability.

DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY

Order Processing Times

Orders are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm GMT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day. Please allow additional time during Christmas and sales periods.

Delivery Options and Costs

Delivery options and pricing are listed on our website. Delivery charges include VAT.

DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE

If a delay occurs due to factors beyond our control, we’ll inform you promptly and take steps to minimise the impact. We won’t be liable for the delay, but if it’s substantial, you may cancel the contract and request a refund for undelivered products.

If we’re unable to fulfil the contract entirely due to unforeseen events, we’ll inform you and issue a refund for any products not delivered.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product. Notify our Customer Services Team via methods listed in the “Returns Policy” or submit the cancellation form to info@zohltd.co.uk or post to 1575b London Road, London, SW16 4AA.

Return products within 14 days of notifying us. Return costs are your responsibility unless free returns were included in your order.

Use a reputable delivery service to return items to Unit 14 Segro Park Deptford, London, SE8 5HY. Retain proof of postage. No refunds will be issued if goods are not received or returned late.

Only standard delivery costs are refunded. We do not reimburse express or timed delivery fees.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence of return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method without additional fees.

We may reduce refunds if items are returned in a used or unsellable condition (e.g., damaged packaging, missing parts). Contact our Customer Services Team for guidance.

RETURNS POLICY

We are legally obliged to supply products that match their description. If your item is faulty, contact us at https://zohltd.co.uk or info@zohltd.co.uk.

Include details of the issue and your preferred resolution (refund or replacement). Attach photos where possible.

Upon confirmation of the issue, we will send a pre-paid return label. Return the item as instructed. We will provide updates throughout the return process.

WARRANTY PERIOD

If an item has an obvious fault within 12 months of purchase, not due to misuse or wear and tear, we will repair or replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights. Follow the Returns Policy to initiate the process.

STATUTORY KEY LEGAL RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

  • Up to 30 days: full refund if goods are faulty.
  • Up to 6 months: full refund if repair/replacement isn’t successful.
  • Up to 6 years: partial refund if goods don’t last a reasonable time.

USE OF PRODUCTS

Products are for home or home-office use unless stated otherwise. Use products as instructed by the manufacturer. Any alterations invalidate the warranty and may affect your rights to refunds or repairs.

CUSTOMS

For international orders, you may be liable for import duties/taxes upon delivery. These costs are your responsibility. Customs regulations differ by country, and compliance is your obligation.

Cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs.

ENDING OUR CONTRACT

We may end our contract and seek compensation if you fail to accept delivery within a reasonable time.

OUR LIABILITY

ZOH LTD is responsible for loss caused by contract breaches, unless:

  • The loss was unforeseeable
  • The delay was due to uncontrollable events (as outlined in “DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE”)
  • You failed to follow instructions or take reasonable action
  • The loss is business-related

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations listed above. If applicable, your rights may differ.

Nothing limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

CHILDREN

We do not sell to children. Customers under 18 must use our website with a parent/guardian who must enter into the contract.

PERSONAL DATA

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

DISPUTES

Legal proceedings are governed by English law. You may bring claims in English, Scottish, Welsh, or Northern Irish courts, depending on your residence.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

We may transfer our contract to another organisation. You will be notified and your rights remain unaffected.

Only you and we have rights under this contract.

If any part of the contract is found unlawful, the rest remains valid.
